She is passionate about connecting leaders with information, tools, and strategies to help them grow, both in the education space and in the learning development space. Published Work
Dr. Chen has a passion for providing access for all students, both adults and children. Her most recent published work centers around strategies for reducing chronic absenteeism among students in a rural high school in Virginia.
